Masks Around the World at St. Stephen of Hungary School
On October 25, 2010, Art Funds Give Back presented a program for the Kindergartners of St. Stephen of Hungary School entitled “Masks Around the World.” The presentation featured an age appropriate discussion of ceremonial and cultural masks used by different people around the world. Following the presentation was an arts and craft session led by renowned artist Sarah Hardesty, during which the children each decorated their own paper-mâché masks. As part of the program, Art Funds Give Back made a substantial charitable financial contribution to support future art education initiatives at St. Stephen.
