Mission

The Art Fund Association (“Art FA”) is a trade association comprised of professionals of, investors in, and service providers to, art investment funds and art funds of funds. Founded in 2009 by prominent art market professionals, Art FA shapes the dialogue, business practices and growth of the art fund industry by providing a forum where leaders, investors and practitioners in the global art fund industry can come together for the advancement and promotion of art investment vehicles.

Art FA seeks to become a leading voice for the art fund industry and in doing so, provide its members with the ability to educate the investment community, general public, media and art world regarding art investment vehicles and their role both in the art market and as a growing component of the alternative investment industry.

Art FA is also committed to helping the public through the operation of its charitable foundation, Art Funds Give Back, which through the generosity of Art FA’s members is able to support non-profit agencies dedicated to the promotion of art education in primary and secondary schools throughout the United States.
